Metalift’s Return Policy
All returns must be received at Hager Worldwide within 45 days from the order date. A refund or credit will be issued once we have received and inspected your return.
Any kit returned that has not been thoroughly cleaned will incur a cleaning fee of $50.
The cost of broken or missing parts is subject to being deducted from your return amount.

If your order was damaged in shipping, we need to be notified immediately in order to file a claim with the shipping company. At that time we will make arrangements to ship you a replacement. Please contact us by phone at (800) 328-2335 or e-mail at email@example.com.
Clean all used instruments and burs.
Safety pack and seal your product in an appropriate carton.
We recommend that you use a carrier that offers shipment tracking (i.e. UPS or FedEx)
Insure the package for the full value of the product so that you are covered if the package is lost or damaged in transit.
